JAY-Z BBC DOCUMENTARY: HE CAME, HE SAW, HE CONQUERED
Alan Yentob, The Creative Director of the BBC has filmed a documentary based on his time spent touring with Jay over a 6 months time span. Cameras followed as the two traveled the globe and went from New York to London and Las Vegas for various performances. The short film takes us through a journey from Jay's humble beginnings of beating on tables and shooting hoops in the projects, to his modern day Swaga Like Us Fly guy persona.
Yentob gives us a glimpse into the personal life of Jay as he hangs out with friends backstage, takes a trip to an art gallery, and also gives his thoughts on the historic Glastonbury performance from earlier this summer.
Pretty good stuff!!!

Chicago police have found what they think is the murder weapon in the Hudson family murders.
A handgun was found today about one block away from where the body of Julian King was found on Monday.
Hopefully this will make it easier to finally charge and eventually convict Balfour of these crimes.

NEW DETAILS EMERGE IN THE HUDSON TRAGEDY
New details have emerged in the murder investigation that has devastated the family of singer Jennifer Hudson. Police in Chicago have released more details about the murders of Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother, and nephew.
As if this story wasn't already heartbreaking enough, reports are now saying that whoever killed Julian King also cut off one of his hands. Earlier this week, Julia was found shot in the head inside of the Chevy Suburban that police had been searching for over the weekend.
Jennifer Hudson's brother in law William Balfour is the prime suspect in the slayings but police now think that he had some help committing the heinous acts.
They are investigating leads based on Balfour's cell phone records at the time of the murder. His cell phone was being used on the West Side of Chicago around the time of the murders, but the security cameras that line the city captured someone moving Balfour's vehicle near Robeson High School which is in a different area of the city. Cops have concluded that someone else was driving the car while Balfour was acting out the crimes.
David "Punk" Otunga who is J. Hudson's fiance recently released some of his photographic memories with the Hudson family.

L.L. Cool J. has decided to leave the Janet Jackson "Rock Witchu" tour due to unspecified scheduling conflicts. This tour had been plagued with problems since day one.

The artist formerly known as L.Boogie popped up at a book signing for Martha Stewart in New Jersey over the weekend, T.A.F.K.A.L.B. showed up with four of her five childrens to support Martha's new book Martha Stewart’s Cooking School: Lessons for the Home Cook. Now I don't know why she would take her kids HERE, as opposed to somewhere like the VH1 Hip Hop Honors, The BET Hip Hop Awards, or even the local barbershop...but hey...It's good to see that the sweetest thing that I've ever known is still breathing even if she does look like a total bag lady.

PHOTOGRAPHER ETHERS LIL WAYNE
Wayne got into a small altercation with a photographer a few weeks ago where he asked the photog "What kinda man walks around with a camerea?!?!?"
Well said photographer is back...and with a vengeance. He caught up with Wayne as he was walking into a New York court room last week.
As they were walking, he hit Wayne with questions like "what kinda man kisses another man" and "are you gay Mister Carter"
T.I. NEEDS YOUR HELP
T.I. recently shot his commercial for the Atlanta crime stoppers. I guess when you're a convicted felon and you get caught up with guns the size of Lil Bow Wow you gotta do what you gotta do to beat them charges.
JULIA HUDSON PRESS CONFERENCE
Julia Hudson held a press conference today to plead for the safe return of her son Julian. Police in Chicago have apprehended Hudson's husband William Balfour and are questioning him about the murders of Darnell Donerson and Jason Hudson.
The coroner's report was released, and both victims had multiple gun shot wounds. One of the victims also suffered defense wounds.

MOTHER AND BROTHER OF JENNIFER HUDSON FOUND DEAD
The mother and brother of singer/actress Jennifer Hudson have been found dead in a Chicago area home.
According to the Chicago Tribune, Hudson's mother and brother were found shot to death by a family member earlier today.
My sources in Chicago also tell me this shooting was related to a domestic disturbance and that there was a 7 year old child taken from the scene and an Amber Alert has been issued.
PLEASE KEEP JENNIFER HUDSON AND HER FAMILY IN YOUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS RIGHT NOW IN THEIR TIME OF NEED AND BEREAVEMENT.

A search is under way for a young boy who is missing from the home. A child, likely Jennifer’s 7-year-old nephew, Julian King, is missing, according to sources. Police are searching for an SUV (we’re told it was Jason’s) that was seen in the area, a 1994 white Suburban, Illinois license plate number X584859. A source close to Jennifer’s sister tells TheYBF.com that her sister, the mother of the missing child, reported her car stolen about a week ago and put out a restraining order on a particular person. We have also learned that Julian’s birthday was yesterday and there were “a lot of things going on”.

SUPERHEAD THREATENS TO ETHER BENZINO
Karinne is at it again. This time Mr. Hip Hop Weekly is the object of her affection. She claims that she is owed $1,000 by Raymond Benzino for an article that she wrote in his magazine. Karrine says that if she doesn't get her money, then she is going to release some naked pictures that she has of Raymond.
Now if Benzino is a victim of the small cock syndrome, then these pictures will just end up making him a bigger laughing stock then he already is.
RODNEY KING GOES TO REHAB
If you were wondering what Rodney King has been doing since squandering $3.8 million, starting a record label that none of us have heard of, and getting caught up with a tranny prostitute back in 1991, well wonder no more. King has been spending his time getting drunk and smoking crack.
I know this because the producers of VH1's Celebrity Rehab show have decided to cast King in the new season of the show. The show will document his 21 day stay in a treatment facility with other "celebrities?" who have similar problems. The entire three ring circus will once again be overseen by Dr. Drew.
KATT WILLIAMS HAD A DIVA MOMENT!!!!
According to Jawn Murray from AOL's Black Voices, this is why Lee John Kattdidn't host the B.E.T. Hip Hop awards that aired tonight. This story makes a whole lot more sense than that B.S. about T-Pain beating Katt in a break dance battle.
Murray says the whole thing started when Williams rolled up to the set three hours late in an RV he was driving himself. A producer greeted him and wanted to escort him into the rehearsal.
"He hopped out of his RV and went into a 'do you know who I am' rant," the source told Murray. "He was angry and wanted to know who called the union on him, because there had been an issue with Katt's camp trying to over-schedule the backup dancers."
Murray continues: "Apparently the Ohio-bred star of 'First Sunday' then went into rehearsal and acted as though nothing was wrong, but moments later abruptly stopped rehearsal and declared: 'Someone owes me an apology. I'm sorry, I can't go on without an apology.' BET brass scrambled to resolve the situation.
"Williams lined up his entire staff and demanded that the network or someone from Cosette Productions have the unsuspecting producer apologize to each of them. Said producer refused, standing by the fact that Williams' attack on her was unprovoked and superfluous.
"The 'Friday After Next' star, who hosted two previous BET Hip-Hop Awards, then left the rehearsal and refused to return until an apology was ready to be issued.
When it was determined that Williams had no intention to return for rehearsals the day before the show, producers then had to salvage the show and find a replacement host.
The call went out to T-Pain at 1 a.m. the morning of the show to fill the slot and the vocoder-loving singer went into cram mode to prepare for that evening

Actor Rudy Ray Moore has died after a long fight with diabetes. Moore, who was known to many people as Dolomite was 81 years old when he passed away in Akron, Ohio yesterday.
Moore, who started his career as an R & B singer stared in several Blackploitation films in the 70's including Dolemite and The Human Tornado.

While accepting his award for the lyricist of the year at the B.E.T. Hip Hop Awards in Atlanta on Saturday, Lil Wayne announced that he is awaiting the arrival of his first son.
“I got a son dropping any day. Pray for me,” said Mr. Carter.
Maybe this will give Wayne and Baby a reason to stop kissing like two teenage kids after the prom.
Wayne already has a 9 year old daughter named Reginae with his ex-wife Antonia “Toya” Johnson.

BEYONCE GETS READY TO GO IN!!!!
It looks like Bust It Baby Bey is getting ready to do some big thangs once again.
On November 18th, Beyonce is goin to release her third solo studio album entitled I AM...(Did somebody forget to tell her that Nas already had a CD with the same name a few years ago). The album will be a double disc that will feature Bey, but also open the door for her alter ego Sasha Fierce. Beyonce's disc will feature classic R & B while the disc titled "I Am...Sasha" will have more of a hip/hop dance feel to it.
Both discs will be available to purchase individually or together.
Bey's label has even created a website for people who want to know more about Sasha. You can go to whoissashafierce.com to get some more info on Bey's alter ego.

Earlier today, CNN reported a story about some of the things that were being said about Barack O at some of the recent rallies for Old Man McCain. McCain has been going around the country speaking nothing but negativity about Barack and his campaign. These negative remarks which have been coming from McCain'S camp for so long has started to rub off on some of his supporters. At recent campaign events, there have been numerous outbursts from people saying negative things about Obama. Up until now,there were incidents where people screamed out things like "Treason" and "Kill Him" when McCain or Palin made reference to Obama. Instead of stopping their speeches and addressing the issues with the audience member, on separate occasions, they both just looked at the crowd, smiled and kept on talking after these remarks were made. .
Somebody must have talked to McCain because when this One IGNANT ASS woman stands up and says "I can't Trust Obama, I have read about him. he's an Arab" ol' J.M. figures out that the flashing lights are on him, and this is not the right time for him to have his monthly K.K.K. meeting.

I think that statement alone shows us why this guy should not be our next president. He isn't even able to address his counterpart in a professional manner. Just imagine what type of international uproar would go down if this dude referred to the leader of North Korea, or another country as "That One." There would be hell to pay...But you know what,none of that even matters. Barrack is going to be the President and there is nothing that Ol' boy can do about it!

A woman doesn't even ask for it because they're supposed to be strong enough to take care of it.
On her legacy as an artist: I don't want to be remembered as a member of this huge group that, you know, did whatever. I want to be acknowledged as a woman in a very talented group with great harmonies and great songs that made history and changed the culture of women, not only in America but all over the world. (A woman) who could sing a cappella and write her own songs and produce her own songs.

I was hangin over at Miss Info's spot, and I found this juicy piece of info about a rapper's wife who has been caught on tape sleeping with another man recently. Wendy has possession of the tape, and is attempting to sell it for $150,000. This must be some really good stuff, because Wendy says that she has the tape, has watched it, and clearly sees Mr. Rapper's wife getting her back blown out by a mystery man that obviously isn't her husband.
Even though Wendy doesn't say who the rapper or his wife is, I am going to step out on a limb and say that I believe that it's the wife of a certain New York rapper who has migrated down to MIA over the last few years...I heard some info about her and a certain player from the Miami Heat about a year or so ago. From what I understand she has a bad habit of steppin out the back door when her hubby isn't home...And sometimes when he IS home!!!! She has been spotted out and about with the NBA baller a few times from what I understand.
