In response to a TSG request, DoC officials released Ross’s 86-page personnel file, excerpts of which you’ll find on the following pages. The documents include Ross’s employment application (below), which notes that he was a 1994 graduate of Miami’s Carol City Senior High School and spent a year at Georgia’s Albany State College, where he studied Criminal Justice. On a personal history form he identifies Tommie Ann Roberts as his mother and Tawanda Roberts as his sister. Both women are prominently thanked in the liner notes to Ross’s 2008 album “Trilla.”

RICK ROSS SAYS DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE
Rick Ross AKA Officer William Roberts spoke with radio station Power 98.3 in Phoenix, Arizona this week. In the interview, Roberts addresses the issue that everybody has been talking about for the last two weeks and also tells that he and Foxy Brown are no longer an item.
When asked about the pictures that show him as a corrections officer, Roberts says "Competitors have to do what they have to do to eat. We making the best music. Y’all seen the BET Awards, y’all saw the magazine. We the biggest in the game, we the best in the game. Just keeping it real. And anytime somebody can attack my character, like I said, you get nothing from the Boss. I don’t give haters the pleasure.“
Here is my issue with this whole situation. If these pictures were fake or photoshopped or whatever, why doesn't he just sue Thesmokinggun.com. They are the ones who found out all of the information about his employment as a C.O. including his starting and ending pay, as well as his social security number. If the information is false, I think it would be an open and shut case.
Anyway, here is the video of William Roberts lying to the good people of the United States of America. Dude should consider a career in politics.

KENYON MARTIN AND TRINA INVOLVED IN CAR CRASH
Sources say that Trina and her boo Kenyon Martin were involved in a minor fender bender while vacationing in Belize.
The two were not injured, but a 12-year-old girl and her 9-year-old brother were treated for minor injuries.

DMX PLEADS INNOCENT
Earlier today, rapper DMX plead not guilty to two felony counts of theft and identity theft in an Arizona courtroom.
As I told yall earlier, DMX(real name Earl Simmons) is being charged with checking into an Arizona hospital under the name "Troy Jones" to avoid paying a $7,500 bill.
After leaving the courtroom, X rapped for reporters, and plugged his upcoming album Walk With Me Now and You'll Fly With Me Later.
UNCLE LUKE TIES THE KNOT
Miami rap pioneer Luther Campbell has wed his long time girlfriend Kristin Thompson in a ceremony at the Saint Luke Community Methodist Church in Dallas, Texas on Saturday.
The reception which was held at the Opus Grand Ballroom at Hotel Palomar featured performancse by hip Hop pioneer Doug E. Fresh and soul singer Betty Wright. “I waited 47 years to find a special woman and have found that in Kristin,” Luke said in a statement Thursday. “I never knew that I could feel love on another level like this until I met her, and I am now honored to call her my wife.”
The wedding will be included in Luke's new reality show Luke’s Parental Advisory which premieres on VH1 Saturday August 4th ath 10pm.

GUN AND DRUG CHARGES FOR GUCCI MANE
Gucci Mane was reportedly arrested near Atlanta Wednesday morning. The rapper has been charged with Gun and drug charges.
Sources say that Gucci was pulled over by police in Henry Co. Georgia when he seemed to be under the influence of drugs. Gucci was taken into police custody where he was booked on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Gucci Mane was later release after posting a $3,300 bond.

CHRIS BROWN AND RIHANNA HIT UP KINGS DOMINION AMUSEMENT PARK
Chris Brown and Ri Ri hit up Paramount's King's Dominion over the weekend. The two love birds walked through the park and got on the Volcano and the Anaconda rides.
Ri Ri and Chris have also been chosen to record a duet for a new Disney compilation CD. The two will sang "A Whole New World" for the project which is set to be released in September.

Parker grabbed Pierson, tossed her to the ground, and all hell broke loose. Even assistant coach Rick Mahorn got involved in the brawl. While playing the role of peace maker, Mahorn pushed L.A. Sparks center Lisa Leslie to the ground.

Okay, so the boss has been exposed as a bold face liar. According to documents received by Thesmokinggun.com, Rick Ross was in fact a correctional officer in South Florida at one point in time. The documents show that Ross' claim of being the victim of a really good photoshop scheme were not true.
Ross (real name: William Leonard Roberts) was appointed a prison guard in December 1995 at a salary of $22,913.54, according to the below personnel record, which was provided to TSG by Jo Ellyn Rackleff, a DoC spokesperson. The rapper's social security number is identical to that of the jail guard. According to the official document, Ross was earning $25,794.34 when he left the department in June 1997. After graduating from the DoC training academy, Ross was assigned to the South Florida Reception Center in Dade County (the lockup is one of three statewide that serves as an intake facility for new prisoners).
Ross had originally stated that Trick Daddy was behind this, but I don't think trick is smart enough to pull of something like this.

According to Allhiphop, Baltimore radio D.J. K-Swift has died in a swimming pool accident. K-Swift was a radio D.J. for Baltimore's 92Q Jams radio station was 28 years old at the time of her death. No details have been released on the death yet, but I will keep you all posted.
PHARRELL WILLIAMS IS...
About to become a daddy. I have been sitting on this story for about a month or so. I found out last month that P. Willy is expecting his first child with a woman who has been described only as "a model type" who is "very pregnant." According to sources, Williams met the woman earlier this year in Miami.

I personally don't see what the big deal is if he was a C.O. I don't think it's going to stop people from buying Ross CDs. If R. BUCKEY SPEAKS ABOUT LICKIN THE WRAPPER ON FILM!!!!
A few months ago, I gave you a look at the sextape that Buckey from Flavor of Love was involved in while she sucked cock like her life depended on it. Well, Buckey never came out and commented about the sextape until now...Buckey released a statement about the suck fest earlier this week.
"It troubled me to find out that my intimate act of love was classified as a sex tape," she said. "I didn't speak on it because I knew how tender the situation was between me and my partner. I didn't want to point fingers at anyone or come out with any names because it was then and still is very much so my personal business.
"However, over these past few weeks, I have been tortured by strangers about what happened, who was I with, did I release the tape on purpose to get publicity, can I prove to them it was me and multiple other random and in decent requests and questions. So I am forced to make a statement," Buckeey continued.
Buckeey goes on to say that her celebrity status has made her a target for jealous individuals, and reveals that the tape was stolen by one of these people. She calls it another "case of bitchassness."
"Once you become a personality on television, you become the target of haters and I am no different," she explains. "The release of the tape was done by hater, stolen by a hater and is just another blatant case of bitchassness. At this point, I can't go out to eat, the grocery store or the gas station without someone stalking me with oral sex questions. I've had it, I did it and it's done and over with."

In a recent blog post over at Okayplayer.com, Erykah Badu decided to let yall haters know that she does not appreciate you all talking about her having three different baby daddies.
Of course we all know that Erykah's first son was with Andre 3000, and a few years ago she had another baby by rapper The D.O.C, and now she is pregnant with her third child. This one is with her current boyfriend Jay Electronica.

A picture surfaced yesterday that showed what looked like a young Ricky Ross in a correctional officer's uniform. If this picture is accurate, of course that would pose a problem for Ross and his big time drug dealer persona....Or would it?!?!?! I mean, there are plenty crooked C.O's out there who deal more coke than the average D- Boy could even dream of.
In response to the picture, Ross had the following to say:
“My life is 100 percent real. These online hackers putting a picture of my face when i was a teenager in high school on other peoples body. If this shit was real don’t you think they would have more specifics, like dates and everything else? I’m in the entertainment business and a lot of people like to hate because I’m on top of my game. Like I said before my life is 100 percent real.”

LIL WAYNE GETS KNOCKED OUT...THEN ARRESTED
Word on the skreet is that Lil Wayne was involved in a scuffle at a Louisiana area nigh club Thursday night.
According to sources, Wayne was in the VIP section of Club Dream when he was approached by an aspiring rapper who wanted to "spit hot fiya" for the Lil one. When Wayne attempted to walk away from the stalker rapper, the man reportedly grabbed Wayne's arm. Wayne responded by saying "What you gonna do to me uh Im the fucking man of this city!" Wayne's security wasted no time rushing the dude. As Wayne started to walk away again, the man grabbed Wayne and punched him in the face, knocking him to the ground.
Reportedly cops arrived at the scene and arrested wayne after finding two pistols on him.
As I'm typing this story, it's starting to sound like it is a lot of fiction and a little fact going on..I'm gonna file this one under the rumors category for now. Because I can't find any credible sources covering the story, and also since when do cops come to the scene of a club fight just because someone was knocked to the ground.
I'll keep you posted...

This slipped past me....I knew that there was an alleged Jimmy Hendrix sextape floating around. I thought there was some sort of injunction that prevented Vivid entertainment from releasing the tape. Well...I was wrong. The porn company had given The Hendrix estate 60 days to prove that Hendrix was not the man featured in the tape. The 60 days has expired, and vivid is going full speed ahead with releasing the tape of Jimmy gettin his rocks of with two of the finest snow bunnies that the 70's had to offer.

The good Reverend Jesse Jackson put his nuts foot in his mouth recently while making an appearance on Fox News(of all places). Jackson evidently thought his mic was off when he was speaking to a colleague about Barack Obama and said "I want to cut his nuts off."
Jesse Jackson needs to be ashamed of himself. He needs to make a public apology to Obama, because those comments were TOTALLY out of line. Especially for a man who is supposed to be a "man of the Lord." It's the typical crabs in a barrel syndrome.
Fox News host Bill O' Reilly has stated that he has more damaging audio from Jackson. He said that he will not be releasing it, because it is not relevant, but I think it's safe to say that the audio will be hitting the internet soon.
GAME'S PAIN
The Game called into Phoenix radio station Power 98 to respond to questions about the altercation that happened during his cousins funeral last week.
As I reported earlier this week, The Game allegedly promised to pay for half of the $14,000 funeral expenses but then reneged on the promise. A fight ensued at the funeral as The Game was confronted by one of his cousins.

MICHAEL VICK FILES FOR BANKRUPTCY
According to several sources, Michael Vick has filed for bankruptcy in an effort to relieve some of the debt that he is accumulating while incarcerated on charges relating to operating an illegal dog fighting ring in Virginia.
In Chapter 11 documents filed in federal court in Virginia on Monday, Vick cites debts of between $10-50 million dollars. He also cites assets in the same range.
In the court documents, Vick lists seven creditors, including the Falcons, that are owed a total of $12.8 million. The debt to the Falcons is for $3.75 million, listed as a pro rated signing bonus. The documents indicate the claim is disputed.
A Falcons spokesman said the team would not comment on Vick's bankruptcy.
Vick is currently serving a 23-month prison sentence in Leavenworth, Kan. for his guilty plea in federal court to felony charges relating to dog fighting. His release date is July, 2009.
"He is in the process of paying his debt back to society for the federal prosecution," said Peter R. Ginsberg, Vick's attorney with the New York firm of Crowell and Moring. "This will give him the opportunity when he gets out to start his life fresh."
My sources also say that prior to filling for the bankruptcy, Vick purchased a condo in Miami in an exclusive high rise complex. The condo was once occupied by Vick's brother Marcus. Vick chose to purchase the condo because of the lenient bankruptcy rules in the state of Florida.

That's when the blood started to boil ...
Kirky then says The Game -- real name Jayceon Taylor -- showed up unexpectedly at the funeral last Saturday, even speaking at the service about family values. But things got heated outside the church when the issue of the cash came up. Kirky says his cuz stepped to him and started a big ol' fight, punching him in the face!
Kirky's filed a police report, and cops tell us there was an altercation over money at the funeral and an active investigation is in place.
I'm sure that Game will find a way to capitalize off of this situation like he always does.
