JUVENILE'S 4 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER KILLED

Police in Gwinett County, Ga have arrested 17 year old Anthony Tyrone Terrell in connection with the death of his mother and her two small daughters. One of the daughters was the four year old daughter of rapper Juvenile.

Terrell allegedly shot and killed his mother Joy Deleston, 39, and her two daughters, Micaiah, 11, and Jelani, 4.

Terrell, who is a sophomore at Central Gwinnett High School has been charged with three counts of murder and three counts of aggravated assault.

This is an EXTREMELY sad story. Lets all keep Juvie and his family in our prayers.

Now listen I don't care how much the damn bag costs, this ish is just unacceptable. Walking around with a crocodile handbag is just not something that a dude from Va is supposed to be doing. Sometimes people just get too much money that they don't know what to do with it. SAY IT AINT SO....T.I. LOOKING AT 15 YEARS????

Rumors are swirling that prosecutors have offered T.I. a plea deal in his Federal gun case.

According to several sources, TIP has been offered a deal which would sentence him to 15 years in prison. 10 of those years would come from the mandatory minimum amount of time that is required to be served on a conviction of having a silencer. The other five years would be added because of Clifford's extensive criminal record.

According to the report, he would have to serve 87% of his time before becoming eligible for parole which would give him a release date sometime around 2022.

Now, T.I's reps have denied this story, so I'm not 100% sold on it just yet. But just looking at those numbers make me feel sorry for the dude and his family. I hope all works out for the brother.

After watching this video, it is even more apparent to me that The Wire is the best show ever created. Who would have ever thought that Omar's killer would be a soft spoken preppy kid who actually goes to a Christian School. I don't know about you, but it isn't often that I actually look forward to a new CD being released these days. I don't know why, but I haven't purchased CD's on a regular basis since early last year. It's probably a combination of the internet going nuts with CD leaks and the lackluster material that has been released over the last few yeas.

In the last hour or so, I have found that there is one upcoming release that I am eagerly anticipating. It is non other than TRILLA from The Boss. In the last 60 minutes or so, I have heard two new joints from Ross that literally left me with my mouth wide open.

Good music is always appreciated over here at The TOTT, and these joints have put Trilla on my radar of joints to check for in 2008

In a recent interview with David Letterman, Diddy announced that he wants to leave New York and move to Hollywood so he can focus on his acting career.

Diddy who starred in both the TV adaptation and Broadway version of "A Raisin In The Sun" alongside Phylisha Rashaad and Sanaa Lathan said that he wants to be one of the big dogs in Hollywood. "Yeah, leading man kind of stuff; you know, jumping off of buildings...making love to beautiful women, and very emotional, heart-wrenching scenes"

Diddy also announced on 106 and Park that he will be receiving his star on the Hollywood walk of fame very soon.

It's a boy...AND a girl for Jennifer Lopez and her husband Marc Anthony. Lopez gave birth to a set of twins early this morning in Long Island New York.

The girl was born at 12:12 a.m. and weighed 5 lbs. 7 oz., and the boy popped out 11 minutes later at 12:23 a.m., weighing 6 lbs.

These are J Lo's first children, but the dynamic duo makes 5 for Antony.

In the interview she co signs the story given by George Daniels to an L.A. radio station last week.

All I want to know is when they plan on dropping the video footage,cuz you know Kellz had the cameras rolling when he was runnin' up in her.

“The statement that was issued by R. Kelly’s camp, which I interpreted as an attempt to defame Regina and George Daniels, my dad and stepmom, has made it necessary for me to respond to some of those accusations: I take full responsibility for my actions. My stepmother and father didn’t know about my relationship with the singer because I knew and he knew that they wouldn’t approve … so I tried to keep it a secret, but when my stepmother found out about our relationship, she resigned because she felt that Rob had ‘crossed the line’ by dating a girl that he has known since she was 7 years old. My stepmom was not fired for incompetence. She was Rob’s publicist for 14 years and always considered Rob not just a client … but family. And Rob thought of my dad like a father.

“I am 21, smart and will be graduating from college this year, but I admit that I was swept up by his charming and generous ways, which I truly regret and have learned from. My brief relationship with Kelly last year ended because my parents were starting to hear rumors that we were together, and I was beginning to feel like it wasn’t a healthy situation, especially with the pain it was causing me and my family,” Maxine said. “I felt that it just wasn’t right. Also, in reference to my birthday party, which was held last spring, Regina did not push Rob to host the party. We both asked him … and he readily agreed.”

“In regards to the cell phone number, Regina didn’t give me Rob’s number and she didn’t ask me not to tell my dad. B.I.G. can rest at ease now. The 700 Benz is finally here.

The ultra-low, wavy and sleek body of the F700 falls in behind a huge horizontal grille reminiscent of the one on Mercedes’s Ocean Drive concept, but the rest of the body is a completely new, 21st-Century rendering of the S-Class, called Aqua Dynamic. It’s shorter overall than the current S-Class, but it has a much longer wheelbase and a roomier interior because the seats are so compact. The headlamps are comprised of three rows of white LEDs, and the rear doors are rear-hinged (a.k.a suicide doors).

The F700 comes with Pre-Scan, a laser-powered, forward-looking, road-analyzing hydraulic active suspension that changes continuously depending on what the lasers see on the road ahead. A pair of lasers mounted in the headlamps directs the hydraulic suspension units at the four corners of the car. The driver’s side has another laser built into the mirror, stopping the door from opening if it finds any obstructions.

Inside, Mercedes offers another new concept, dubbed Servo-HMI—a simplified human-machine interface with fewer buttons and menu options that includes a female avatar to “discuss” navigation options with the driver. For instance, the avatar can access online databases from the vehicle, add items to the driver’s appointments book or read important e-mails aloud.

All of the usual information displays are projected to a point just below the base of the windshield, which Mercedes-Benz says make the information easier to see and absorb.

The F700 also features a reversing right-rear seat, an idea that combines Chrysler’s Swivel’N’Go van seats and the rear seat luxury of the Maybach 62 limousine. Another new feature is a 20-in. 3-D video monitor with surround sound.

R. KELLY EXPOSED BY FORMER MENTOR

R. Kelly's former mentor and father figure George Daniels has finally decided to go public about his recent split from The Pied Piper. George recently did an interview with Los Angeles radio station KJLH and confirmed the rumors that Kellz was having a secret relationship with his 21 year old daughter Maxine.

George and his wife Regina felt that R. Kelly crossed the line by sleeping with their daughter. In the interview, George talks about how he has been friends with Robert since his days as a street performer in Chicago, and also about how close they were.

Just like any father, George feels that Roberts secret relationship with Maxine was inappropriate because he has been a part of her life since she was a child and watched her grow up.

"I looked at him like a son, so in essence my daughter would be his sister"

When confronted about the relationship, George says Kellz lied and denied doing anything with the daughter. After being questioned by her mother a few times, Maxine finally came out and told the truth about the secret love affair. George even goes on to say that Kellz bought the young lady a car that was later taken away by her parents.

A Yuma County, Arizona grand jury indicted Lil Wayne on felony weapons and drug charges this morning.

Wayne was charged with possession of a narcotic drug for sale, possession of dangerous drugs, misconduct involving weapons and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Weezy plead innocent to all charges.




Wayne's fellow New Orleans rapper Juvenile was also arrested early this morning for possession of marijuana.

Juvie was pulled over in Mississippi for driving in a car with expired tags. After searching Juvie's vehicle, the cops found that good Kush and arrested him. He has since been released from prison.

Kanye West is planning to honor his mother during a performance at this year's Grammy awards.

Dr. Donda West who unexpectedly died three months ago due to complications from cosmetic surgery was the motivation for many of Kanye's songs in the past.

Ye is nominated for 8 awards this year, and will reportedly perform "Hey Mamma" and the hit song "Stronger."

I guess losing The Super Bowl has some of the New England Patriots thinking about career changes. Second year defensive back Willie Andrews was arrested earlier this week after being pulled over by police Lowell, Massachusetts . According to cops, there was a "strong, pungent odor" coming from Andrew's vehicle.

Andrews, according to the report, told police he had "pot hidden in his groin area" and police said they then found two to three ounces more of marijuana under a seat.

Lowell Police Superintendent Ken Lavallee said, in all, Andrews had a half-pound of pot on him with a street value of $500. He said the Texas native was in Lowell visiting a friend, but would not elaborate further.

Patriot fans can breathe a sigh of relief right now, even though they didn't win the Super Bowl, at least you know that members of your team "Got It For Cheap"

Rapper The Game has decided that he does not want to spend any more of his money to defend himself against felony gun charges in California.

In June of 2007, cops hit Game with charges that included making criminal threats, possessing a firearm in a school zone, and exhibiting a firearm in the presence of an officer after allegedly getting into a fight during a pick-up game of basketball. Even though he was facing five years if he was convicted, The Game initially entered a plea of not guilty when he was arraigned last September.

The Game has had a change of heart, and decided to cop a plea that will give him four months in jail. He recently spoke about the issue in an interview with Monsta magazine.

The crazy part about this is that I've had guns before in my life, But this time I didn't have a gun. And because one person said I had a gun and coaxed his homies into saying that I had a gun, I'm in a predicament where I'm asking, Do I want to spend another million dollars to fight this trial so who knows what jury's gonna come in and say I'm guilty? Or do I want to save my money, go sit down for four months and accept this felony they're trying to give me for no reason?

Rappers will do ANYTHING to boost their credibility on the streets. If the prosecution doesn't have a strong case, then what the hell difference does it make if you have to spend a million dollar for your freedom? I know I can't put a price on my freedom...but hey, I'm not a platinum rapper either

I tried to hold in my laughter as much as I could, but after replaying the video a few times, this joint is just down right funny. PIMP C. DEATH RULED ACCIDENTAL OVERDOSE

TMZ has reported that rapper Chad "Pimp C" Butler's death was caused by a preexisting sleep apnea condition and an accidental overdose of cough syrup.

TMZ has learned rapper Pimp C died as a result of a pre-existing condition of sleep apnea, combined with an elevated amounts of prescription codeine in his blood. His death has been ruled accidental, according spokesperson Ed Winter of the L.A. County Coroner's office.

Hopefully these rappers will leave that Easter pink sprite alone because this stuff is taking too many people away from here.

He tells the tabloid that Mo'Nique uses and deals cocaine and marijuana, cheats on her taxes, and threatened to have him killed if he ever told anyone about her "dark side."

The CD will have no profanity, or derogatory lyrics toward women. I think The Coz is a little too old to be attempting to spit a hot 16, but hey...Who am I to shoot down his dream.
