TMZ is reporting that A & E has halted production on "Dog The Bounty Hunter" due to a phone conversation that Dog with his son.

Oh, this wasn't just any old father son talk. This talk was filled with racial slurs including the N-Word. In the conversation you can hear Dog Chapman chastising his son for dating a black woman. In the conversation, Dog is justifying his use of the N-Word and thinks that since he and his family use the term so loosely that the woman would be offended. Dog also goes on to say that they don't mean any harm when they use the word...THEY NEVER DO!!!!

After learning that the tapes had been leaked, Dog has now called on Reverend Al Sharpton to come to his rescue.

LL basically feels that since Jay wasn't really experienced at running a label that he shouldn't have gotten the job at Def Jam. Ummmmm...HELLo LL....Did you forget that Jay was 1/3 of the Roc-A-Fella dynasty?

I don't think Jay has done a good job as president either, but I don't think it's because of lack of experience. I think it's more so an unwillingness on Jay's part to put the same effort into other Def Jam's artists that he puts into his own projects.

THE WIRE SEASON 5 "INVITATION TO THE SET"

Awwwwwwww Yeah!!!! It's about to go down. It's almost time for Season 5 of HBO's The Wire to start airing. Unfortunately, this will be the last season. I am also hearing that this season will have three less episodes than previous seasons.

I really hope that HBO protects this season better than they did the last one. I really did want to watch the whole season one week at a time, but instead I was forced to have a 7 hour Wire bootleg marathon that included a large chicken pizza from Pizza Hut,three bottles of Lipton's Extra Sweet Tea, two dutch masters and a pack of sour apple Now & Laters. I don't want to do that again this time around...So I'm hoping the bootleggers don't get their hands on it.

R.I.P. JAM MASTER JAY

It was five years ago today that Jam Master Jay was shot down in his Queens NY recording studio. According to some reports, Jay was in the studio recording when someone was buzzed up into the building. After briefly greeting his visitors, Jay was gunned down.

Jam Master Jay was only 37 years old at the time of his death. Even though speculation about the killer's identity has floated around over the years, an arrest has never been made in jay's murder.

MTV has done a special report where they revisit Jay's old studio and talk with the current owners about the history behind the building and what the studio means to them now.

New York magazine has a DOPE interview with former Harlem drug lords Nicky Barnes and Frank Lucas. The two men who were once rivals are both featured in new movies based on the events that happened in Harlem during the pinnacle of the heroin trade in Harlem. American Gangster as we all know is based on the life of Frank Lucas. Dame Dash has produced "Mr. Untouchable" which is a documentary about Leroy 'Nicky' Barnes.

The article in New York magazine finds the two snitchesone time rivals chopping it up like two old heads playing checkers in the in the barbershop.

NICKY BARNES: Hey, hey, what’s up, playa?

FRANK LUCAS: Hey, Nick.

NB: I heard you’re in a wheelchair. What’s going on?

FL: Broke a leg, Nick. Two places.

NB: Damn.

FL: So what’s with you, man?

NB: Chilling, dude.

MARK JACOBSON: You two guys talking is something of an occasion. Ever think you’d be in the history books?

NB: I don’t know about history—

FL: Hey, Nick! I told everybody and their momma you’ll be hooking up with me in Harlem in the next two years.

NB: You won’t see me in Harlem … I gave up 109 federal felony offenses ’cause I had powder in Brooklyn and the Bronx. Too many people would be gunning for me in New York.

FL: Come on, Nick, you don’t give a damn about them little kamikazes out in the street. I been knowing you for fortysomething years.

MJ: Do you remember when you guys first met?

FL: When was it, Nick? The night you come outta jail. Was that 1970, ’69, ’68?

NB: Yeah, ’70. We met through Jimmy Terrell. Remember Jimmy Terrell? Remember Goldfinger?

FL: ’Course I remember the Goldfinger.

NB: We were in Smalls, drinking. You remember this dude Prat that had that habitual stool right next to—

FL: Yeah, Prat! He didn’t live long after that, did he?

NB: Somebody knocked him over. He owed somebody some money or something.

FL: Right. He was going at somebody’s woman…

MJ: You guys have been described as being competitors. Is that true?

FL: Well, Nick wasn’t gonna catch me—I was paying $4,000 a key. Nick, you was probably paying $65,000 or $70,000, weren’t you?

NB: During that time I was paying $35,000.

FL: And I was paying $4,000. So there was no fight then.¹

MJ: Which one of you guys had the best dope?

FL: Mark, here you go! Stirring shit up. Man, I had the best dope in the world. I had 98 to 100 percent pure.

NB: Frank had a nice package, no doubt. I had to get a pen and a pad and mediate my stuff. But when you took the mix out, my thing was close to his. Close enough for somebody not to wait on one when they could get the other. Frank, you were mostly on 116th Street, right?

FL: Yeah.

NB: Well, I had powder in all five boroughs. Not just uptown.

FL: You were big, Nick, all over.

MJ: Suppose each one of you got a pound. Frank Lucas’s business model against Nicky Barnes’s business model—head-to-head, who’s going to make the most money?

FL: That’s easy. The one who got the best dope, that’s who.

NB: Frank’s right. It is always about the product. Once I had a fight with a guy named Steve Austin. I had better dope. Steve knew it. He came up and knocked on the window of my car. “Yo, dude,” he said, “we don’t want you over here.” I said, “I’m gonna put my foot in your motherfuckin’ ass.” In those days, you didn’t shoot nobody because he was on your turf, you know. You had to have hand-to-hand combat. But the buyers didn’t care, because they followed the powder, not the guys who controlled the neighborhood.

MJ: When the movies come out, there’ll be a lot of controversy about whether you guys are being glorified. What about that?

FL: Nick is a good dude who should be glorified, not me.

MJ: Why do you say that?

FL: Because he’s a hell of a good guy.

MJ: But you were both in the same business.

FL: You in the same business as other writers. You don’t go to slit their throat. Do you?

MJ: Frank. I mean, c’mon.

NB: No one should be elevated because of what they did in the drug business. The way we operated—there was a lot of violence, like, ten to twelve homicides, to keep the whole operation running. You can’t glorify that. It’s not something Frank or I would tell any of our children to get into.

FL: Absolutely right, Nick.

NB: Heroin wreaked a lot of havoc and a lot of pain in the black community. I shouldn’t have done it. Maybe I was aware, but I just didn’t give a fuck. I wanted to make money, and that’s what I did. Looking back, I wouldn’t have made those decisions, but it’s a hell of a lot different and much easier to sanitize yourself after the fact.

FL: In our business, you get paid by fear. When the fear factor comes in, that’s when you start to make money. Violence is part of it. You ain’t gonna sweet-talk no motherfucker.

MJ: Who was more corrupt: the dealers or the cops?

FL: The cops was more corrupt. You shake hands with a drug dealer, you got their word. If they don’t do what they say, they’re gonna die. Everyone knows that.

NB: Yeah, yeah, I go with that.

FL: A drug dealer gonna live to his word. I’m not talking about a junkie. I’m talking about a man like Frank Lucas or Nicky Barnes.

MJ: Rudy Giuliani chased both you guys when he was D.A. What do you think about him running for president?

NB: Giuliani would make a good president because he’s a principled guy.

FL: When Giuliani tells you something, he means it. But I don’t think we’re ready for an Italian president. I don’t think we’re ready for a black president. I don’t think we’re ready for a woman president, but I tell you right now: I think Hillary Clinton will win this thing hands down.

NB: Hillary will be the next president.

FL: No question about it.

MJ: You guys have said some pretty harsh things about each other over the years. Nick, what’s your biggest bitch with Frank?

NB: Well, I read he had this multimillion-dollar contract on my life.

FL: Nick, hold on there! You know me a long time, and you know me well. If I had a contract on you, I’d have been hanged 20 or 30 years ago. You know doggone well that I wouldn’t do that.

NB: This was when they had the grand jury. I was with Matty Madonna and Herbie Sperling. You were on the third floor at the MCC.² Do you remember that, Frank?

FL: Absolutely.

NB: There was a corrections officer who said that Frank Lucas went to one of the other corrections officers and told him that Nicky Barnes was down there, and he was trying to set him up.

FL: You believe that? Nick! Listen to me, and hear me real good: Anybody tells you that, they’re a damn liar. You’ve been too close to me.

NB: Just what I heard.

MJ: Nick, when the New York Times called you “Mister Untouchable,” that even got the president’s attention.³ When you first found out about Carter seeing the paper, what did you think?

NB: I thought I had made a mistake, but it was done then. I still thought that I had a really good chance of winning that case, because there’s a difference between a trial in a federal court and one in a state court.

FL: All the difference in the world.

NB: In federal court, they can railroad your ass, man. In state court, you can get a fair hearing and a fair jury.

MJ: A topic that comes up a lot—it came up at a showing of Nick’s movie, and it will when American Gangster opens—is that you can sell a lot of drugs and kill people—

FL: Stop right there. Nick ain’t ever killed nobody. Me either.

MJ: I know you’re a Gandhi kind of guy, Frank. I’m saying you can do all kinds of crimes, but a lot of people feel if you snitch, that’s worse. What do you guys think about that?

FL: I never in my life, not to this day, testified on nobody. Ain’t no sonofabitch in the world who’s ever gotten put in on account of me. Bad cops, yes. But rat that shit—no, no, no, no, no.

NB: When it comes to testifying, I testified against the guys who were in the Council along with me.4

FL: Like Guy Fisher.

NB: Yeah, Guy Fisher, Frank James, Wally, Coco, Kenny, and you know, a couple of other guys. When I went into the joint, I gave Guy Fisher a woman of mine and told him to look out for her, take care of her. I didn’t expect him to start fucking her.

FL: Guy Fisher’s a punk. What do you expect out of a fucking punk?

NB: I expected him to do what I was askin’ him to do. Not to betray me. Look, he had women of his own who were as attractive as mine.

FL: You had good-looking women, Nick!

NB: I don’t know why he had to bone her, and I don’t know why the other Council members let him live after they knew he did it. That’s why I cooperated. If I couldn’t get out, I could still pull those motherfuckers in with me.

MJ: Any second thoughts, Nick?

NB: No, man. When I realized they left me on the battlefield to die, I said, “Fuck it!” … I said, “I’ll pull those motherfuckers in, let them see what it’s like.” I would rather be out here in the witness program than to be in jail with them. Why would I wanna be in there with them kinda niggers? I don’t regret it. I saw this show on CNN, with Anderson Cooper. Cats were talking about “Don’t snitch, no matter what happens.” Well, I can’t see how a guy can be considered strong if he lets a bunch of assholes walk all over him and he doesn’t respond, just because of some code that a bunch of idiots have cooked up. Anderson Cooper asked this rapper, “Suppose a child was molested and you knew who this molester was. Would you tell the police?” He said, “No.” So that’s what I’m sayin’—the street guidelines are just moron bullshit.

MJ: Frank? Do you think there’s a time when it’s good to cooperate?

FL: I told you before. I never testified on nobody.

MJ: Some cases were made, Frank.

FL: Look! I have remorse about what I did.

NB: Frank, talk a little softer. You’re yelling.

FL: I have remorse. I never sold nothing to a kid in the street, but I found out that my people had. I didn’t want to sell to kids. I didn’t want to make them junkies. I didn’t want to be a part of it. I justify it by saying during my time, I couldn’t get a job on Wall Street, not even washing toilets. I went to school three days and the teacher wasn’t there two of them. I had to make a living. I didn’t want to be just a damn bum in the street. So that’s what I did. But it’s complicated. When you get there, every rat in the goddamned woods is gonna come running to you. And anytime you don’t got no money, everybody disappears. Tell ’em, Nick.

MJ: Most people say you guys hated each other, but it seems like you were buddies. What’s the story?

NB: I’ll tell you what a lot of people don’t understand. See, you read in the paper about people having shooting wars about turf. But both of us operated in that 116th Street area, and it was no problem. If only one of us had had powder out there, every time the police came out, they would have been able to surveil out that one group. But if there’s a lot of people out there …

MJ: Did you ever think there’d be this whole hip-hop thing? You guys are both mentioned in a million rap songs.

FL: Call them songs? When I came along, we had singing. They might make up songs about me, but I don’t have to like them.

MJ: What about you, Nick? You’re like a hip-hop folk hero.

NB: I never thought anything like this would happen. When hip-hop first started, everybody—I mean the music entrepreneurs—predicted that hip-hop would be dead in five years. They said, “Those motherfuckers ain’t gonna make no money.” But hip-hop rolled along, and look what they’re doing now. They got Jay-Z, Damon Dash, Kanye West, 50 Cent. These guys are doing something legitimate.

FL: At least Nick knows the names. I don’t know none of them. I know Puffy Combs, because of his father.

NB: Oh, Melvin! Melvin Combs.

FL: Melvin used to be at my house a couple of times a week. I’m proud to see Melvin’s son like that.

MJ: Nick, are you curious about how you’re portrayed in American Gangster?

NB: Yeah. But when I heard that Cuba Gooding was doing it, I thought it’ll probably be decent. He’s an Academy Award winner.

MJ: What about Denzel as Frank?

NB: I knew if Denzel played the lead, then it wouldn’t be a bullshit part or a fucked-up script.

FL: Denzel Washington did more than a good job, he did a hell of a job. Nobody in the world’s as good as Denzel.

MJ: Man, I thought you guys might be more at odds. This is a love-in.

FL: We are friends, so you’re missing the whole point.

NB: There were a lot of the people who we were both hooked up with who we both like. Jimmy Terrell, for example, and Turtle and Claude, Peter MacDougal, Frank Moten.

NB: What about the guy who died in the mob riot?

FL: Aww, what was his name? Got killed on the George Washington Bridge. What was his fuckin’ name?

NB: I forgot his name, too, but we knew all of these guys. I guess there’s some nostalgia in it.

FL: It was the good old boys back then, that’s what it was.

NB: Frank, are you taking anything for your broken leg?

FL: They gave me a whole bunch of shit.

NB: There’s a Website out there of a guy named Gary Null. He’s an alternative practitioner, and he offers all kinds of vitamin supplements to cure bone injuries. You really ought to go check him out.

FL: Yeah? I’m going to take this down, man.

MJ: The vitamin connect. Hey, what do you want to have on your epitaph? What do you want your legacy to be?

My boo sat down for an interview with Tyra Banks recently. Key-Lo-Lo and Tyra discussed pretty much the same ol' same. You know...The comparisons to MJB, her mom being on drugs, not knowing who her father is..blah..blah..blah.

Even though it was pretty much a standard Key-lo-Lo interview, it was actually pretty good. Keyshia gives some insight on what it felt like to find out that she was adopted when she was two years old.

THE CLIPSE LEAVE STAR TRAK

Virginia rap duo The Clipse have ended their long standing relationship with Pharrell William's Star Trak Records. The Clipse, who were in a much publicized dispute with Jive records last year have signed a 5 year 50/50 joint venture deal with Sony/Columbia records.

The deal will allow the Virginia duo to head Re-Up records. The new label will feature The Clipse, as well as Ab-Liva and Sandman. The foursome will be releasing a compilation album as The Re-Up Gang early next year.

The deal also gives The Clipse the rights to all of the masters from the label.

This new label situation will allow The Clipse to work with producers other than the Neptunes. On their next project, The Clipse are said to be working with Timbaland, Danjahandz, and Dame Grease.

I am definitely looking forward to seeing what The Patty Cake man and Pusha Ton have in store...In the words of Pusha...Eeeeeeelllkkkk!!!!

All hail the return of the pink one! Camron has released this new video where he plays up to the "Where is Camron" phenomenon that has been goin on throughout the summer.

The video starts off showing different news reports talking about Cam and the entire "Stop Snitchin" campaign. It then goes into the whole "Where is Camron" thing. It ends mysteriously with Cam in a graveyard dressed in full army fatigue gear. He hops into a car and drives off.

All of this is basically to let people know that his mixtape "Killa Season" is dropping on November 7th.

Things get interesting when Jonesy starts talking about the comparisons between Keyshia and MJB. Now you might not know, but Miss Jones really HATES Mary. Senator Barak Obama has come under a lot of scrutiny lately because he has asked singer Donnie Mclurkin to sing at a three day fund raising event in South Carolina. Gay and lesbian rights organizations have started criticizing Mclurkin for his belief that homosexuality is a choice.

Obama has received calls requesting that Mclurkin be taken off of the concert series after he told the Chicago Tribune that sexual preference is a "mater of choice."

On Tuesday, Mclurkin said "I don't believe that even from a religious point of view that Jesus ever discriminated toward anyone, nor do I." "Most of the things that were said were totally out of context, and then other things weren't true."

FOXY SENTENCED TO SOLITARY

Foxy Brown just doesn't get it. After all of the legal battles that she has been through over the last few months, she is still in jail acting a damn fool.

Foxy was recently sentenced to 76 days of solitary confinement on Rikers Island because of her recent behavior while incarcerated. Three jail house infractions and an altercation with another inmate have landed Foxy in the hole for a lil' bit.


In September, a judge sentenced Foxy to a year in jail after violated her probation by smacking her neighbor in the face with a Blackberry.

SINGER LA LA BROWN FOUND DEAD

Singer Yolanda "La La" Brown who was best known for singing alongside Lyfe on his song "S.E.X" was found dead in a Milwaukee recording studio over the weekend. The bodies of Brown and her boyfriend JeTannue Clayborn were found on Friday.

MILWAUKEE - A familiar voice to Milwaukee R & B fans has been silenced. Twenty-one year old Yolanda "La La" Brown and her producer, 22-year-old JeTannue Clayborn, were found dead in their recording studio Friday night.

Milwaukee police say both were found in the Loud Enuff Productionz studio at 55th and Lisbon. Both had gunshot wounds and had been dead at least a day before being discovered. They were reportedly dating.

JeTannue's mother, Dina Chambers, describes him as energetic, with an eye toward making music his career. "He loved music. He loved people. He was very kind. They called him "Koo Laid" because every time you saw him, he was smiling."

This is definitelly a very sad story. I will keep you updated on the investigation as new details emerge.

A federal judge refused to grant bail for rapper T.I. on friday. The Atlanta Journal Constitution reports that Judge Allan Baverman will hold another hearing next friday to hear further arguments in the case.

TIP was arraigned on the charges today, and entered a plea of not guilty. According to the AJC:

After Harris entered his plea, assistant U.S. Attorney Francey Hakes disclosed that the case is part of "an ongoing investigation" and indicated more charges may be coming. Harris's trial would take less than a week, Hakes said, "as the indictment stands now.

Lawyers for Harris proposed that he be released on a $2.2 bond which included separate bonds backed by his record company, record company executives. Harris also agreed to post the equity of his two homes, which his lawyer, Ed Garland, estimated are worth about $1.5 million.

I think the judge should atleast let T.I. and Clifford out on bond. T.I.P may need to sit down and think some things out, but T.I. and Clifford are definitelly innocent of all charges.

Mariah Carey is another female R & B singer who wont be releasing an album this year. Mariah, who was supposed to drop a new disc on December 4th has been pushed back until February 2008.

Now this puts Mi-Mi in a situation where she might be going head to head with Janet Jackson and Madonna.

FOX NEWS THROWS SHOTS AT NAS AND THE N WORD

Okay, so Nas is planning on calling his new CD 'Nigga.'Fox news recently examined the use of the word as the title of a CD.

Now of course the old ass farts that work for Fox news have no idea who Nas is, or what Hip Hop is about. They took the time to degrade Nas as much as they possibly could within the few minutes of discussion. Making statements like "he made headlines this summer for performing at Virginia Tech, glorifying the murder" and “I thought there was a memo that went out, we’re not using this word anymore…” prove to me that equality will never be achieved in this country.

I personally thought that there was a memo that went out about 50 years ago that said that blacks and whites were supposed to be treated equally, but that doesn't seem to be the case when you look at situations like the Jena 6, Sean Bell, and Martin Anderson who was a 14 year old boy killed by seven officers while attending a boot camp.

Irv Gotti was recently interviewed by Kendra G and Trey the Chocolate Jock of Power 92 in Chicago. Irv was being interviewed so he could promote his new show "Gotti's Way". It didn't take long for the questions about Ashanti to start flowing.

Irv speaks about how Ashanti separated herself from the crew when the label was under a federal indictment.

Irv also takes the time to address the rumors of a sexual relationship with Ashanti. He speaks about a previous interview with Wendy Williams where he seemed to admit that Ashanti was fu*kin for tracks. The main thing that sticks out to me about this is the song with Lil Wayne entitled "Hello Brooklyn 2.0." I'm going to jump out on a limb and say that I will believe this one when I actually hear it. I just can't imagine Jay doing a song with someone who was supposed to be the new King of Hip Hop.

The Atlanta Journal Constitution is reporting that T.I. must remain incarcerated at least until Friday. Tip was supposed to have a bond hearing today, but a federal magistrate has ruled that he must stay in jail at least until Friday. Prosecutors in the case are requesting that he be held without bail until his yet to be determined trial date.

T.I's attorneys are reportedly working diligently to fully exonerate him of all charges.

TYLER PERRY DOES IT AGAIN

Tyler Perry's new movie "Why Did I Get Married" debuted at number 1 at the box office over the weekend. "Why Did I Get Married" which stars Perry, Jill Scott, and Janet Jackson raked in $21.5 million.

It's good to see that Tyler FairyPerry can make a good movie without dressing up in drag.

DIDDY THREATENS TO KILL*T.I. ARRESTED FOR BUYING GUNS

TMZ is reporting that Diddy got into an altercation while partying in NYC. Sources say that Diddy got into an argument with a man while partying at club Kiosk. Diddy reportedly hit Steven Acevedo in the face and told him "I'll kill you, punk." All of this was allegedly over a woman.

Rapper T.I. was able to attend last night's B.E.T Hip Hop awards in his hometown of Atlanta even after being arrested earlier in the day for buying guns. According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution:

Harris, 27, was charged with two felonies -- possession of three unregistered machine guns and two silencers, and possession of firearms by a convicted felon. The arrest was made in the parking lot of a downtown shopping center, which a witness identified as the Walgreens drug store at the corner of North and Piedmont avenues.

Harris was arrested after allegedly trying to purchase the guns from a "cooperating witness" with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. According to federal officials, the witness had been cooperating with authorities since Wednesday, when he was arrested on charges of trying to purchase guns from a federal agent. The witness has been working as Harris' bodyguard since July, authorities said.

"This investigation developed very quickly," Vanessa McLemore, an ATF special agent, said in a statement Saturday night. "We learned only this Wednesday that the cooperating witness was allegedly buying the machine guns for Harris. The cooperating witness told Harris on Thursday that he had obtained the items, and on Friday Harris made it clear that he wanted them delivered to him [Saturday]. Harris then agreed to meet and took possession of the machine guns [Saturday] afternoon."

McLemore said Harris could face "a potentially long prison sentence." He's scheduled to make his initial appearance before U.S. Magistrate Judge Alan J. Baverman on Monday at the federal courthouse in Atlanta.

Following the arrest, agents searched Harris massive brick home at 429 Creekview Lane in College Park, where they found three rifles, two pistols and a revolver in a walk-in closet

Snoop Dogg has been ordered by a judge in Orange County to perform 160 hours of community service for his conviction on charges of possessing a deadly weapon. As a part of Snoop's plea deal, he will have to clean toilets and pick up trash at an Orange County community park. Snoop will also donate $10,000 to the Orange County charity Right Trak and pay over $1,000 in court costs.



This will probably be the last time I post anything about Lupe's Fiasco at the Vh1 Hip Hop Honors. I don't think the fact that Lupe screwed up the lyrics on the show is what has people upset, it's his arrogance and cockiness that is really pissing people off.

For someone of Lupe's stature to say that they have never heard Midnight Marauders is just INSANE to me. On the other had, I had a chance to see Q-Tip and Common perform live earlier this week and it was one of the best exhibitions of lyricism and stage presence that I have ever seen. At a time in his career when most rappers are winding down, Q-Tip showed that he can still put on a great show filled with energy,crowd participation and just GOOD music. It's sad that Lupe will never experience that feeling of rapping along to every word of songs like "Oh My God" "Award Tour" and "Scenario." You have to feel sorry for an "MC" who has deprived himself of such great "Beats Rhymes and Life"

'JENA 6' TEEN BACK IN JAIL

Mychal Bell who was released from jail on September 20th after receiving national attention as a part of the "Jena 6" has been sent back to jail by a Louisiana judge.

Mychal Bell, who along with five other black teenagers had been accused of beating a white classmate, went to juvenile court Thursday expecting another routine hearing, said Carol Powell Lexing, one of Bell's attorneys.

Instead, after a six-hour hearing, state District Judge J.P. Mauffrey Jr. sentenced him to 18 months on two counts of simple battery and two counts of criminal destruction of property, Lexing said.

He had been hit with those charges before the Dec. 4 attack on classmate Justin Barker. Details on the previous charges, which were handled in juvenile court, were unclear.

"He's locked up again," Marcus Jones said of his 17-year-old son. "No bail has been set or nothing. He's a young man who's been thrown in jail again and again, and he just has to take it."

Salt from the group Salt-N-Pepa recently revealed that one of the reasons she left the group was because she was suffering from depression and bulimia. Salt recently said that "I had to get rid of the chaos in my life, which I attributed to being in the group... The pressure to be beautiful and management telling me, 'You're gaining weight.' It was endless."

I'm trying to figure out who wears the pants in this Ursher and Tameka Foster relationship. Page Six is reporting that Tameka foster has told Usher to hold off on dropping his new CD that was supposed to hit stores next month. It seems as though she wants Usher to spend more time with her as she prepares for their first child together. According to the New York Post:

“Usher only listens to Tameka now, and she wants all Usher’s focus to be on her and the baby.” The couple, who wed in August, are expecting later this year. Bailing on the album may not have been a wise decision on his part, however, especially because other money-making ventures - like the launch of his new fragrances - were scheduled to coincide with the new disc. “The album had been in the works for over a year,but he put it on the back burner when Tameka got pregnant . . . now it looks like it’s never going to happen.”

Tameka needs to take some classes from Pimp C, because a good pimp always lets their hoes work the track in order to bring in that money. She letting her emotions get in the way of that money...and that's a no-no in the pimpin' game. I would think that an old lady who has been around the block like she has would know better than that.

Geffen Records has reportedly pushed back the release of MJB's new CD "Growing Pains."The disc was originally slated to drop on November 27th. According to Mary's official website, Mary's eigth studio CD will now be released on December 11th.

DIDDY GETS SUED*BEANIE IS WANTED BY COPS

Shiny Suit Man Diddy is being sued by a former associate for $19 million. Billboard is reporting that former Bad Boy associate James Sabatino is seeking compensation for a show in 1994 where The Notorious BIG recorded 17 minutes of music and 90 minutes of video footage in Miami for him.

When Biggie died in 1997, Diddy agreed to buy the footage for $200,000. According to court documents, Diddy gave Sabatino a check for $25,000 and agreed to pay the rest in 60 days.(That's got to be the oldest trick in the book)

Sabatino says he never received the rest of his money because he was later named a "person of interest" in the Biggie murder. Sabatino had a meeting scheduled with Biggie on the night of his death, but he never showed up. While the investigation was going on Diddy didn't want to pay someone who he thought could have more information on Biggie's murder, so Sabatino never received his dough.

Sabatino is now in jail on unrelated charges...The moral of this story boys and girls is...Neva...Eva...Eva..Eva trust a nigga with extra white teeth in a shiny suit!!!

You can add Beanie Sigel to the list or rappers in legal trouble these days. Philly cops say that Sigel is wanted for not returning a rental car. Apparently, Sigel decided that he needed to keep the rental for an extra three months before turning it back in.

Beanie rented the Nissan Altima from Payless Car Rental in late July and did not return it at the appropriate time. Payless continued to bill Bean's credit card up until September 6th when they called the cops. The car was returned safe and sound to Payless on October 5th. The only problem is...the arrest had already been issued for Beanie.

His lawyer says that Beanie will be turning himself in on Monday...

Now let me just analyze this story for a minute...A rapper who is "The King of Philly" in the streets...who has had several luxury automobiles over the years(including two Bentleys) goes to rent a car..and he rents a Altima of all things...Then he returns the car 3 months late. It looks like that "drought" on the East Coast is effecting everybody...I'm just sayin...They tell me that Christina Aguillera has been hard to come by lately.

TMZ is reporting that Weezy F. Baby has been arrested in Boise Idaho. Idaho authorities arrested Lil Wayne on felony charges of being a fugitive. Wayne had a show at the Qwest arena in Boise and was arrested immediately following his performance. Wayne will be locked up in Idaho until monday, which is when he will have an extradition hearing and arraingment.

Many claim to reign over Hip Hop, but the artist and soon to be king of
NYC, D.O.E, an acronym for Dominate Over Everyone, is climbing up the
industry ladder, and has a prominent producer to vow for his talent.

Born in the streets of NorthSide Queens, D.O.E knew at an early age that
music was his calling. Looking up to Hip Hop legends like Slick Rick,
Nas,
Notorious B.I.G, Tupac Shakur, and Wu-Tang Clan, D.O.E watched and
listened for years until he finally took the verses he'd written in his
head to a microphone. With his mind right and sixteens tight, D.O.E
began to hit streets with his own mixtapes and eventually built a buzz

Jim Jones has hit the jackpot. Jones has reportedly signed a multi million dollar joint venture deal with Sony Records. This means that Jones will now have his own label. He recently spoke with Hot 97's Miss Info about it.

“I just left the lawyer’s office. I signed a multimillion dollar joint venture with Sony. My boss is Rick Rubin and Hip Hop (Kyambo Joshua) is doing my albums with me. What you think Jay-Z is gonna think about that?”

“What’s crazy is that they gave me the same deal that Un and them fucked up back in the day when they got the Sony/Untertainment deal….I got that joint venture, that 50/50 split, they don’t give those out anymore. That’s a Dame Dash, Ruff Ryders deal. And I’m bout to go crazy with it. I’m gonna be a problem.”

Olympic gold medalist Marion Jones is preparing to admit to a judge that she used steroids to prepare for the 2000 Olympic games in Sydney Australia. Jones had been denying the use of any type of performance enhancement drugs. The Washingto Post reported this story and I'm sure the track and field industry is going to be in an uproar about this. Here is an excerpt from the Washington Post story:

Track star Marion Jones has acknowledged using steroids as she prepared for the 2000 Summer Games in Sydney and is scheduled to plead guilty today in New York to two counts of lying to federal agents about her drug use and an unrelated financial matter. Jones, who won five medals at the Sydney Olympics, said she took the steroid known as “the clear” for two years beginning in 1999, according to the letter. A source familiar with Jones’s legal situation who requested anonymity confirmed the relevant facts that were described in the letter. I feel like this is starting to turn in to a Keyshia Cole fansite. Here is the video for Key-Lo-Lo's new single "Shoulda Let You Go." I really wouldn't have picked this song as a followup to "Let It Go." The lyrics of Keyshia's protege Amina are subpar at best. Who ever directed this video should know damn well that Keyshia does not like them fake ass WWF looking dudes lookin all oiled up with their chests poking out. She likes internet bloggers who sit on their computer all day telling the world how much they love her. DUH....!!!!

KELZ GETS READY TO HEAD OUT ON TOUR

If you are anticipating some legal troubles in the near future, I suggest that you call R. Kelly's lawyer to help you. Five years into his child pornography trial, R. Kelly must really believe he can fly. The R & B crooner has been traveling around the world like he doesn't have a care in the world. Yesterday, Kelly's record label announced the dates for Kellz 39 city tour. The tour will also feature Key-Lo-Lo and R & B newcomer J. Holiday.

Kelly's trial has been indefinitelly postponed. If convicted(which we all know won't happen) The R. faces up to 15 years in prison

Key-Lo-Lo's sophomore "Just Like You" hit the billboard charts pretty hard last week. Debuting at Number two, Keyshia Cole move over 281,000 copies of her latest CD.
Here are some more numbers from this weeks Billboard chart.

• Jill Scott at No. 4 with 148,000. Scott’s 2004 album Vol. 2 bowed and peaked at
No. 3.
• Kanye West’s Graduation continues its decline, slipping 2-5 with a 41% sales slip to 133,000.
• Jagged Edge’s Baby Makin’ Project debuts at No. 7 with 78,000. The quartet’s self-titled 2006 effort peaked at No. 4.
• Descending 3-9, 50’s Cent’s Curtis moves 71,000 units, a 50% decline.
• Queen Latifah re-enters with her best charting album ever, Trav’lin’ Light at No. 11 with 51,000 copies.
• will.i.am’s Songs About Girls debuts at No. 38 with a paltry 21,000 copies.

Nick Cannon and Victoria Secret model Selita Ebanks have ended their publicity stunt five month engagement. If you remember, Nick proposed to Selita in the middle of Times Square a few months ago in what had to be the fakest proposal since Martin said "Gina, will you marry me...DAMN!!!!!"

Selita's rep said that "Selita and Nick are taking a break to focus on their careers but still very much love each other and remain the best of friends" Oh well..I guess Nick will just have to go back to puttin out those classic Hip Hop Cd's again

SOLANGE TALKS TO ESSENCE ABOUT DIVORCE

Solange Knowles recently sat down with Essence magazine to discuss what has been going on in her life. The interview is actually pretty boring, but since Solange is starting to get sexier as she gets older I figured I would post the part of the interview where she discusses getting divorced from that "shotgun" marriage that Matthew Knowles forced her to have after getting knocked up at age 17.

ESSENCE.com: As you know there’s a lot of mystery surrounding your relationship with your husband, Daniel Smith, so let’s just go ahead and get that out of the way. Are you still married?

Solange Knowles: Well, I am no longer married, but I think it’s very important not to dish details. We are friends and we coparent our son. When he gets older I don’t want him to read anything about me saying anything about his father or vice versa. When there’s a child involved I think the less information given is best.

ESSENCE.com: So just to clear things up, how did you two meet?

S.K.: We met at a high school party through mutual friends. He was in high school and I was 13 and in middle school. We were together seven years, so it wasn’t just some random guy. We were basically high school sweethearts.

ESSENCE.com: Do you have any regrets about the situation? Did you feel forced or pressured to get married?

S.K.: No, I think every decision has made me who I am today. I’ve embraced everything because I know that only God can give life, no one else. I’m happy that I have a beautiful, wonderful, amazing child who’s made me a better person.

She also goes on to deny having relations with Lil Wayne...which we all know is a damn lie!

LIL WAYNE SPEAKS ABOUT BEING MARRIED

Remember back in the day when these wedding pictures of Lil Weezy popped up all over the net? Well, there was always a certain mystery behind them, because nobody really knew who this chick was and Weezy was allegedly messing with Nivea around the same time that this picture came out. Wayne speaks to Vibe Magazine this months and tells the true story behind his first wedding to his baby mamma Toya.

“…I was on tour like crazy with Cash Money, and my momma said she was bored, alone, and scared in the house by herself. She was like, ‘Why don’t you just have a baby with somebody? Just tell the little girl’s mom I’ma take care of the baby, don’t worry about that.’ I was like, ‘I don’t have nobody I like like that!’ She was like, ‘Just find somebody! You don’t like Toya?’ I was like, ‘Alright, I like her then.’ Toya was 14 when she got pregnant, and I was 15 asking 14-year-olds. Toya’s the only person that agreed outta all the ones I asked. I said that my momma wants a child. And they was like, ‘That’s your momma’s problem!’ So Toya was like, ‘Shiiit, when we due, boo?’”

The relationship probably would have worked out if Baby wasn't coming over to the crib every day and slobbing Wayne down every five minutes.
