Vivica Fox plead not guilty to two charges of DUI in Van Nuys, CA on Thursday. On March 20th, Aunt Viv was pulled over by a cop on the Los Angeles freeway for doing 80 mph in a 60 mph zone. The cop gave Viv an alcohol test and according to him, she was over the legal limit. If convicted, Vivica faces up to six months in prison and a $1,000 fine

Pharell Williams has ben tapped as the consulting producer for a new TV drama entitled Limelight. The show will focus on students who are attending a performing arts school in New York. Pharrell said that ""This project reminded me a lot of my own life growing up. Coming from a different environment where we stuck out for having abilities that we later learned, after attending a school like this, were actually gifts and talents. The moral DNA for this project is that it's OK to dream, but to bring it to fruition requires hard work."

I know that Pimp C's name holds a lot of weight in the South when it comes to southern Hip Hop, but I think he has chosen the wrong career. I think dude needs to pursue a career in comedy. Even though he sounds like Mush Mouth when he talks, he still finds a way to stop in the middle of a performance and give a motivational speech to all of the pimps, hustlers and hoes in the audience. GET READY FOR THE NEW SIDEKICK

If you are a cell phone fiend like myself, you need to call your electric company right now and ask for an extension on your next months bill. T-Mobile is getting ready to release the newest version in it's line of Sidekicks. The Sidekick LX will be hitting stores on October 17th. Unlike the wack ass I-Phone, the sidekick has been tried and tested over the last few years and has never had any real major issues. The Sidekick LX will be a more high end model than the current SK3.

The Sidekick LX features the same iconic swivel screen as previous Sidekicks, but the overall device is slimmer than previous models. The Sidekick LX also has an upgraded 3.0" WQVGA (400x240 pixel) resolution screen with Sharp Aquos high-definition LCD technology, a 1.3 megapixel camera with flash, and a microSD card slot for expanded memory. The Sidekick LX will ship with a 128MB microSD card, but can support cards as large as 4GB. The Sidekick LX will sport quad-band GSM support, with data coming across T-Mobile's EDGE network.

The T-Mobile Sidekick LX has several other enhancements, including an upgraded web browser with improved Java support. Also added are Mood lights, which the user can customize for various alerts such as a new SMS, MMS, IM, or email. The Sidekick LX also maintains the usual set of Sidekick features, which includes built-in IM clients for AOL Instant Messenger, Windows Live Messenger, and Yahoo! Messenger. Email (both POP3 and IMAP), a music player, and MySpace Mobile client are available, as well.

The T-Mobile Sidekick LX will have support for T-Mobile's MyFaves service, and will be available in Midnight Blue and Espresso Brown colors. The Sidekick LX weighs in at 161.6g ( 5.7oz), and measures 129.5mm x 59.9mm x 21.8mm (5.1" x 2.36" x .86"). T-Mobile claims a talk time of 6.8 hrs and up to 4 days of standby. The Sidekick LX will be available in October 2007 and will cost $299 with a 2-year contract.

JIGGA TRIES TO DO IT EVEN BIGGA

Jay Z is attempting to change the game once again. Jay wants to rename the Meadowlands Arena in New Jersey after his clothing brand Rocawear. Jay has placed his bid with the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority to change the name of the arena which is currently named after Continental Airlines. The irony in this whole thing is that Jay is part of a group who owns a percentage of the New Jersey Nets who play in the arena, but the Nets will be moving to Brooklyn very soon. Other companies such as Izod and Southpole have also expressed interest in the arena. Whoever wins the bidding war can expect to pay at least $600,000 a year for the naming rights.

KEYSHIA COLE "JUST LIKE YOU" CD REVIEW

Our favorite hood star, Keyshia Cole, returns with her second release,"Just Like You". Will Miss Cole be able to smash the sophmore jinx? We will see. Coming off of such a successful breakout project, there is always the pressure to come with something just as great, but not the same, the second time around. Many artists in this situation either do a cookie cutter version of their first project, attempting a guaranteed formula for success, or, they go so far left field that they alienate their core audience. If nothing else, Miss Cole has managed to change it up a bit, but still remain true to her style with her first single, and my personal favorite, "Let It Go". Missy Elliott produced and guest stars on this track that makes us nostalgic for the 80's and hits us off with that Lil Kim flow that we miss in Hip Hop and R&B. The second track, "Didn't I Tell You," gets my vote to be the second single. On this melodic banger, Keyshia recruits hip hop veteran Too Short to help her represent the bay area. Now, of course it wouldn't be Keyshia Cole without the heartfelt, soul stirring ballads. "Fallin' Out," details a relationship gone dry and "Heaven Sent" offers a quiet simplicity. Its just pretty. Also worth mention is "Losing You". You really can't get any more soulful than to put Anthony Hamilton in the mix. I like this song, but I'm not sure if their voices really mesh well enough for me. Now back on the uptempo side of things, "Shoulda Let You Go" is classic Rodney Jerkins and hooked me from the first note. Unfortunately, I am SO not feeling Keyshia's new rap artist, Amina, on this song. Her flow is elementary at best and she struggles to fit into the song. R&B fans will most likely overlook this but hip hop fans may gag! I can't help but notice that Keyshia's cadence on this one really reminds me of Mary J. Blige. I don't think its intentional, but she is that same type of soul artist with pain in her voice and love in her heart. With all of the differences between Cole and peers in her genre,and all of the comparisons to the original Queen of Hip Hop R&B, Mary J. Blige, the question is can Keyshia carve out an identity of her own in the music game? I think that the answer is yes because as the title track says, she is "Just Like You". It's that life experience that allows people to relate to her, and has made Miss Cole such a star. I can't say that I like this release more than the first one, but I can say that it is just as good a project. I do like the fact that there is a wide variety of production on this effort. In addition to Missy Elliott and Rodney Jerkins we hear work from heavyweights Scott Storch, Bryan-Micheal Cox, and a plethora of others. I put a heavy recommendation on this one to enhance your soul collection.

This Dirty South Hip Hop veteran is reportedly trying to find a way to get out of his contract with the label he has been at his whole career. Sources say that he is trying to work out a deal to get on G-Unit. If this deal goes through, it would make the beef between DJ Khaled and G-Unit very interesting. Okay here is the deal..this story gets a little tricky so you should pay close attention. As I reported earlier today, Jay Z is getting ready to drop a new CD in November. American Gangster is going to be based around the new movie featuring Denzell Washington, Russell Crowe, and T.I.

The movie American Gansgster is based around the life of 70's Harlem heroin dealer Frank Lucas. Lucas was the kingpin who ran the streets of Harlem in the 70's and allegedly made over $1 million a day on heroin sales. While doin' his thing in Harlem Lucas had an arch nemesis by the name of Nicky Barnes. Nicky Barnes was also a Harlem kingpin who was gettin a lot of paper in the 70's.

Heres where it gets tricky. So Jay's next CD will be based around the life of Frank Lucas, and Frank Lucas hates Nicky Barnes. Well..wouldn't you know that Dame Dash is producing a new movie, and GUESS who the movie is about!!!!That's right folks Nicky Barnes. Mr. Untouchable is the title of the movie that focuses on Nicky Barnes life.

Barnes, who is now in witness protection gave Dame the opportunity to sit down with him and talk about the things that were going on in his life when he was on top of the drug game. Barnes also has a $1 million dollar bounty on his head.

REMY STEPS INTO COURT ONCE AGAIN

Remy Ma strutted her way into Manhattan Criminal Court today to face charges stemming from an alleged attempt to intimidate the boyfriend of the woman who she is accused of shooting. Sounds confusing huh?!?!? To make a long story short, Remy had some of her goons step to Makeda Joseph's boyfriend in a club one night and smack him up a little bit.

THe judge didnt't do anything to Remy today except force her to give up her passport and advise her to not have any contact with the witnesses in the case.

Now in other BS Hip Hop publication news, XXL(who coincidentally owned Scratch)has released it's "Leaders of the BOO School" issue. This issue features ten rappers on the cover. Out of these 10 rappers, five of them are one hit wonders, four of them will probably never release a CD that is releavent to anything and the other one is Lupe Fiasco. Way to assasinate the character of Hip Hop XXL...do I need to start boycotting them like I did the Source a few years ago...I THINK I DO!!!

THE TOP 10 REASONS WHY THE WIRE SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOMINATED FOR AN EMMY

Okay, so the Emmy Awards went down last night. So as I'm watching I notice some cast members form the Sopranos and other shows that I have never even heard of. I think to myself..."Self...why isn't Marlo or Jimmy McNulty nominated for any awards" I will not be posting ANY pics from those boring Emmy Awards. You can get those from another site. But I will be posting the Top 10 reasons why HBO's The Wire should have been nominated.


10. The Kids - The kids who act on this show are phenomenal. The storyline in season 4 that centered around Naymond, Michael, Dookie, Randy and all of their friends was brilliant. The show gave us a look at the effects that inner city life has on our youth. Everything from Naymond's desire to be just like his dad to Dookie living in a home where everyone is addicted to drugs. The showed how hard it is for so many kids coming up in the ghetto.


9. Jimmy McNulty grows up - In Seasons 1-3 we see Detective Jimmy McNulty as a drunken sex fiend cop who does a good job with the cases that he is assigned, but he fumbles the ball when it comes to his personal life. In previous seasons, McNulty was somewhat of a vigilante who disregarded any rules that he didn't agree with. While in season four, McNulty is back on the streets as regular Baltimore Po-Lice. The fact that the actor who plays McNulty is actually British and disguises his accent so well should be enough for Emmy consideration alone. Watching McNulty actually grow up and commit himself to one woman while conquering his addiction to alcohol, while still being able to do good ol' fashioned po-lice work was wondrful.


8. Senator Clay Davis- Talk about the epitome of a crooked politician. Clay Davis embodies the characteristics that every voter is afraid of. He takes bribes, he lies,he associates with drug dealers.Wait..for a minute I thought I was talking about George W. Bush. If somebody tried to tell me that this wasn't one of the best supporting characters I would have one thing to say....Shieeeeeettttt!!!!! Enough said!


7. A true look at inner city life - What other show in television has given such a real life look at inner city life? Everything from corner boys, top level drug dealers, crooked cops, heroin addicts and drug related shoot outs. This is the side of America that the mainstream is scared to look at. People want to sweep this stuff under the rug, but there are so many problems in the inner city that need to be addressed. The Wire opens the door for us to see those things and also gives motivation to those who want to see change.


6.The relationship between cops and the hood- Everybody knows that most people in the hood these days don't talk to the cops. Season 4 of The Wire gave us an in depth look into the "Stop Snitchin'" phenomenon. When young Randy goes to the cops and starts talking about a murder, he is labeled a snitch by everyone in the neighborhood including his friends, and suffers the consequences. Naymond Bryce on the other hand ends up being taken under the wing of former police chief Bunny Colvin who eventually adopts Naymond. We get another look into the strained relationship between police and the hood when Lex is killed. Bunk and his partner go to visit Lex's mother to get more information on where Lex could be, but the mother refuses to give up any information. It isn't until they see a makeshift memorial to Lex in the house that they realize that Lex is probably dead. We even get to see Bodie, who is a dedicated street soldier form a small bond with McNulty.


5. The evolution of Michael - Watching Michael transform from a quiet young boy into a cold blooded killer had to be one of the best story lines of the year. We get insight into Michael being molested as a child and doing whatever he has to do to keep his brother out of harms way. Seeing Michael come out of his shell was something that kept me glued to my seat for the entire season. You could tell that Michael was a force to be reckoned with early on in the season when he told Marlo that he would not accept his money. The character of Michael is so complex. There are so many levels to him and the writers did a good job of showing us all of the factors that contributed to him becoming Marlo's newest worker. Michael isn't just your average corner boy. He is a youngin' who has the potential to take over the entire hood in the blink of an eye.


4. The Mis-education of the Negro - In 1933 Dr. Carter G. Woodson wrote a book titled "The Mis-education of the Negro." In this book he explains how black kids were being culturally indoctrinated, rather than taught, in American schools. I can't think of any other TV show in recent years that has exposed the fact that schools in the inner city are not properly preparing our children for the future. Most of these schools have teachers who are underpaid and not properly trained. Over sized classrooms serve as more of a babysitting room than a place for education. Roman Prezboluski who is a former police officer joins the Baltimore school system as a middle school teacher. Prez's lack of skill and his inability to relate to the students opens up a door of mass confusion. In one episode we even witness one student slashing the face of another while in Prez's class. We also get to see that Prez has a soft side as he shows sympathy for Dookie and helps him out by giving him clothes, food, and money.


3. Marlo's Stansfield - When it comes to keepin' it gangsta' Marlo makes Tony Soprano look like Tony the Tiger. This dude has completely taken control of the drug trade in East Baltimore, but does not have one dead body to show for it. Marlo's disregard for human life makes him one of the biggest TV gansgtas that I have ever seen. He is not a man of many words but when he talks, people definitely listen. With the Barksdales out of the picture, Marlo shows that he is ready to take over the streets of Baltimore by any means necessary.



2. Who would you rather meet in a dark alley..Chris and Snoop or Omar? Let's start with everybody's favorite killa...Snoop Pearson! The actress who plays Snoop isn't even supposed to be an actress. Her mother was a drug addict, she grew up hustling in the streets of B-More, and actually did a few years in jail. She had every possible odd against her, and she made it out of that situation and is now one of the best young actresses on TV. The characters of Snoop and Chris are so real that it is hard to believe. The fact that they were stashing dead bodies in vacant houses let everyone in the city know that were not to be messed with. Even though they are Marlo's enforcers and they kill at will, they still have a certain comedic element. The first scene of season one showed Snoop walking into a hardware store where she is trying to buy a nail gun. The exchange between Snoop and the salesman is nothing less than genius. Snoop leaves out of the Hardware store and tells Chris that the man sold her the Cadillac of nail guns ("He mean Lexus, but he ain't know it".) Snoop further tells Chris that "F**k jus' nailin' up boards. We could kill a coupla mutha f**kers with this right here."

Now we all know Omar and how he gets down. Season 4 didn't show much change in his character, but the brilliance in Omar needs to be recognized. Omar makes us think. We know that what he does is bad, but theres just something about him that makes us like him. He shows no fear, and was the only one brave enough to challenge Marlo. Even B-More's biggest gangsta couldn't find a way to get Omar back for robbing his high stakes card game.


1. Bodie gets killed - I can honestly say that not one scene in TV history had me on the edge of my seat like the one in the last episode of Season 4 where Bodie gets killed. Bodie was a character on the show that everybody loved. We got a chance to watch his character grow over the years. He started out as just a regular corner boy and transformed into someone who was attempting to run up and control his own operation. Bodie didn't want to accept the fact that Marlo was running the streets of East Baltimore. He fought it as long as he could, until he was forced to work a package for Marlo on his corner. Bodie's death came as a shock to me but the climatic ending was 100 times better than the garbage ending that happened on the Sopranos.

So there you have it folks, Showtime's Top 10 reasons why HBO's The Wire should have been nominated for an Emmy. Leave me some comments and let me know your feelings on this topic

For some reason I am in the mood to call people by their real name today. So for the rest of the day I will be referring to all artists by the name that their mamma gave them. If I can't remember their name, I'm probably just going to make up a name for them.

Nasir Jones celebrated his birthday at TAO Bistro at the Venetian Hotel and Casiono Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada over the weekend. His wifey Kelis Rodgers was there helping her man party. Chris Webber also came through.

ALICIA KEYS "AS I AM" CD COVER

Alicia Keys is preparing to drop her third studio album. As I Am is scheduled to be released on November 13, 2007. The disc will feature appearances by John Mayer, Marsha Ambrosius, Linda Perry and more. J Records released the cover of the CD today. Looks like Miss Keys is taking it back with the retro 70's looking album art.

KANYE WEST "GRADUATION" REVIEW

So, we finally have the third installment in the education of Kanye West, "Graduation". With all of the hype of the supposed "Clash of the Titans," everyone will be listening up to hear what Mr. West has in store for his fellow students this time. As far as the battle is concerned, this hip hopper has opted not to spend her hard earned $10 on "Curtis," so I can only comment on "Graduation". I am however, willing to bet that Kanye wins on content alone. Even with Kanye's braggadocios nature, this project comes across as honest and sincere if nothing else. It captivates like a good memoir does. We start of with "Good Morning," a hypnotic track that sets the mood for the rest of the project. Insight into Ye's life before fame is nothing new. We've heard on his previous two efforts about struggles to break into the industry and his strong mother and grandparents. But this time around
Kanye pays tribute to his pops on "Champion". Radio hits like "Stronger" and "Cant Tell Me Nothin" are easily liked, but I am so feeling "Barry Bonds" with Lil Wayne. It switches it up just when you think you have a feel for the flow of the album. Even though I am growing a little weary of the T-Pain calabos, I must admit he fits in perfectly on "Good Life". Other guest stars on the effort include Mos Def, DJ Premier, and on the track "Flashing Lights," I enjoyed the not so obvious choice to add Dwele. I have to say that two of my favorites are "The Glory" and "Homecoming" with Chris Martin from Cold Play. They just feel good. And the piano on "Homecoming" is crazy. Of course Kanye's closes things out with the most honest song on the project, "Big Brother". He lays it all out for us; his feelings on Jay good, bad, and ugly. But you come away from it knowing its all love. If for some reason you bumped your head and haven't gotten your copy, I recommend you do. Mr. West has the production on lock as if you had to guess. With the exception of "Big Brother," and "Barry Bonds which were done by Toomp and Va native Nottz respectively. If you ask me, Kanye West has graduated with honors!

The network claims that the commercial is "too racy" and has sent Diddy a list of edits that he needs to make in order for the almost 3 minute long commercial to air. Diddy has refused to make the cuts. But my question is this...How can a TV station that has a bisexual dating show and consistently shows homosexual activity consider this ad too racy? I'm starting to wonder is it racy...or just RACISM?!?!?!? I've seen more sex on an episode of The Real World.

Billboard magazine is reporting that Kanye is winning the battle between the Teddy Bear and the Guerrilla by a landslide. Billboard reports that:

SoundScan Building Chart indicates first-day sales of 437,000 for West's "Graduation," 310,000 for 50 Cent's "Curtis" and 107,000 for Chesney's "Just Who I Am: Poets and Pirates." The Building Charts offer an indication of how races shape up each week for SoundScan's final charts, which post projected national sales each Wednesday morning, extrapolated from a panel of merchants that represents more than 90% of the U.S. music market.

Mr. West is definitely living the good life. But Curtis has already started damage control. He is blaming his projected loss on label mishaps. He told Angie Martinez that "It was the label,they're dropping the ball all over the place. I'll release my next album and then I'm a free agent." Cuuuurtis also said "To be honest the process of selling this record hasn't been fun. "I'm happy with the performance, but I'm not happy with the set up. We had conference calls and after we created this plan, nobody actually had a plan."

DIDDY'S OTHER BABY MAMMA SPEAKS

Okay, so Kim Porter spoke to Essence magazine last month and finally acknowledged that Diddy had a secret love child down in Atlanta by this chick named Sara Chapman. Well Sara is ready to let her side of the story be heard. She spoke to Sandra Rose yesterday and had some pretty interesting things to say about the love triangle between herself, Diddy, and Kim Porter. She claims that Kim has known about her for years and that she was actually aware of the pregnancy.

I never moved out of Atlanta," she said. "I have always lived here and I'm definitely 33. I graduated [from Spelman] in '96. My birthday is next week and I'm going to be 34," she said. "I never ran away from Atlanta because I was pregnant." Sarah, who was born in Minneapolis, said she moved to Atlanta at age 17 to attend Spelman College.

Sarah's response to Kim's assertion that she didn't know her: "A lot of what you said is true about me and Kim. There's so much more to the story than that. She definitely knows who I am," said Sarah. "Yes, it's true, we've had words. [Kim] knew about my pregnancy prior to her getting pregnant. In fact, Kim and I met [Sean] at the same time."

Sarah stressed that she doesn't seek out the spotlight: "That's not for me. I don't enjoy that. I'll let Kim have that"

She also talked about the rumors that surrounded her pregnancy last year: "There's been rumors out there that [Sean Combs] offered me a million dollars to not have the baby, said Sarah. "If he gave me a million dollars I wouldn't be calling him every month for child support," she joked. "I mean, he pays me on a monthly basis, but there's rumors that he offered me a million dollars hush money."

About her longterm relationship with Sean, Sarah said, "He and I are friends, we've always been friends. I've known him for a long time - 13 years exactly. Sarah adding that they dated "on and off" over those years. "I know it sounds very cliché, but we really are friends. It's never been a situation where I'm trying to step on top of [Kim] or I'm trying to be in her position."

Sarah expressed surprise that Kim dropped her name in the Essence interview. "She threw my name in that shit," said Sarah, raising her voice slightly. Regarding Kim's revelation that Kim didn't speak to Sean Combs about Sarah's baby until after her twins were born, Sarah said, "the scary part is that any woman can be with a man and not even mention to him 'oh, I heard you got another woman pregnant' - that's really scary. For the longest time she never mentioned my pregnancy to him. She kept it a secret to herself so it wouldn't take the shine off of her," said Sarah. "I thought [Sean] was lying, but he said Kim never mentioned my pregnancy to him."

Sarah stressed she wanted the opportunity to tell her side of the story in a national forum. "I don't have a voice," she said softly. "I don't have a forum to speak about my child. He has the forum. I'm not a superstar, he's the superstar. He's the person that should be out there acknowledging his child. I'm going on with my daily life and raising my child. We do what we do. We go to Sesame Street and the zoo," said Sarah.

Billboard.biz is reporting that Kanye West's new CD graduation is on pace to sell between 575,000 and 700,000 copies. On the other hand, Cuuurtis is looking like he will sell between 500,000 and 600,000 copies.Country singer Kenny Chesney’s album, Just Who I Am: Poets & Pirates,is gaining ground on 50 and is projected to move about 400,000 and 550,000. Wouldn't it be something if Curtis actually came in THIRD place?!?!? The final numbers will be released on Wednesday September 19th

Kim Porter recently spoke to Essence Magazine (AGAIN) She gives up the juice about what was going on in her relationship with Diddy, and even reveals that he DID have a secret love child down in Atlanta at the same time that she was pregnant with her twins. Awwww...somebody finally stopped waiting to exhale. But on the low-low I hear that Diddy and Kim were hugged up with each other at a party over the weekend.

ESSENCE: You left the relationship in a very dramatic way. I understand you waited until Sean was out of town and then you packed up the house. You took the cars, the nursery furniture, the kitchen table, everything. Why did it go down like that?

KIM PORTER: Because there was no other way. You think he would have let me walk out the door? He wouldn't have wanted me to go.

ESSENCE: Were you scared?

KIM PORTER: No! Not at all. But I wanted to be dramatic. I wanted him to know I wasn't breaking up with him for two weeks-or maybe leaving for two days. If I pack up everything — twins and all — it means I'm out! Puffy's an action person, not a talk person. So I had to have an action. Telling him, “Babe, I'm leaving…” was not gonna do it.

ESSENCE: Did your girlfriends come over to help?

KIM PORTER: I did have my little party-packing crew, yes, I did! My friends are very supportive.

ESSENCE: After our last article (“No Ordinary Love", Essence, December, 2006), some readers responded by saying Sean was disrespecting you by not getting married. They said you should be trying to get that ring on your finger.

KIM PORTER: Do you know how many rings I have? I don't even have enough fingers (laughing). That's not why I left.

ESSENCE: So if he called you today and said, “I want to get married, right now….”?

KIM PORTER: I would say “No.” And not because I don't want to get married, but because he's not ready to get married. When I get married, I want to stay married. I want both parties to be on the same page at the same time, and to leave a certain type of behavior behind. That's a commitment I don't think he's ready for.

ESSENCE: If it wasn't over the marriage, then why did you end the relationship?

KIM PORTER: I left because at this point in my life I want something different for myself. I invested ten years, I have children, and I've always stood by him. But now it's time for me and what I want to do for Kim.

ESSENCE: How have you two been getting along since you left?

KIM PORTER: You know how when two people go their separate ways, most of the time there's animosity? It's not like that with us. Sean and I have this bond, this friendship. It's not about 'if you're faithful to me, if I'm being faithful to you.' We're friends. I'm the person he can tell his inner most thoughts to and he's that person for me. He still calls me everyday and we talk. There's no ill feeling or 'I can't stand you, I hate you, don't call.' There's none of that. We have three children together so that’s just not an option. We're committed to our children even if we couldn't commit to each other.

ESSENCE: Speaking of being faithful, there have been rumors about Sean and a baby in Atlanta swirling around for a while. Is this why you left the relationship?

KIM PORTER: Hmmm... Well, that definitely was part of it.

SUPERHEAD AIRS OUT SHAQ

I told you to get your popcorn and licorice sticks ready. The Shaq and Shaunie story is getting better by the day. Superhead checked in with the New York Daily News to let us know how Shaq gets down.

"On the first date, he gave me $10,000," Karinne Steffans told us yesterday. The infamous "Video Vixen" said she had a relationship with O'Neal after he became engaged to his soon-to-be- ex-wife, Shaunie.

THE BIG DIESEL FILES FOR DIVORCE

Shaquille O'Neal has filed for divorce from his wife Shaunie. The couple has been married for almost five years and have four children together. Shaq and Shaunie both have one child from previous relationships.

Shaq says that Shaunie is being secretive about her assets.THE MIAMI HERALD is reporting that "The two have a Cohabitation/Prenuptial Agreement and Acknowledgment of Property Disclosure and Waiver of Further Disclosure, confidentiality and non-disclosure. That means that the two have a pre-nup and Shaunie might be walking away with only the lent in her pockets if she gets a wack lawyer like Mike Vick did.

Shaq claims that Shaunie has been secretive about her assets . . . particularly with respect to certain properties owned or titled in either [her] name alone or in other entities.'' He wants the court to order Shaunie to give a ''correct accounting of all money, funds, stocks, bonds, and other securities (including bearer securities)'' that she came into during the marriage.

Shaq says that the reason for the divorce is because of "Irreconcilable Differences" which we all know usually means that somebody cheated. Everybody knows that Shaq aint no saint...But for him to file for divorce makes me wonder if Shaunie was creepin' out of that back door when The Diesel was playing those away games...hmmmmmm...

TMZ is reporting that Halle "MAKE ME FEEL GOOD"Berry is pregnant with her first child. Halle's new movie "Tulia" had to be put on the backburner becuase she is apparently 3 months prgnant. The film, which John Singleton will be directing had a 2008 release date but has been delayed due to Halle's pregnancy.

Jury selection in the the R. Kelly child pornography case has been delayed. Reports are circulating that the lead prosecutor in the case has just delivered a child.

Now fast forward to today, I get this new song where Pimp C is dissin Young Jeezy. Now I don't speak Jibber Jabber so I don't understand the majority of the stuff that he is saying in this song. One line that does stick out to me is when he says "I got my 17.5 and I aint seen no bricks yet. Now since Jeezy calls hmself "MR. 17.5" I will assume that this is directed at him.
